Our Raw Cacao Nibs
There are many cacao nibs out there, but not all of them are from raw cacao beans. And certainly, most of them were grown with pesticides to ensure the safety of their crops. Our cacao nibs are from raw cacao beans extracted from cacao fruits that were grown organically. We have Criollo cacao, Ecuadorian cacao and Peruvian cacao to provide our customers with the different flavor complexities offered by these cacao varieties. Use and enjoy our raw organic cacao nibs without any peels in baked sweets and goodies, trail mix, yoghurt, or as a healthier replacement for chocolate chips or nuts in cookies. Sprinkle them over ice cream and cupcakes or simply cover them in chocolate or caramelized sugar to enjoy it.
