Raw Organic Hazelnuts

If chocolate could feel, it must be madly in love with hazelnuts. The two have a very close affinity because they are often mixed together in so many recipes—chocolate bars, spreads, cakes, ice creams and more.

But hazelnuts don’t need chocolate to taste great—they are delicious on their own. And they don’t need chocolate to be nutritious, either—not at all. In fact, a handful of organic raw hazelnuts a day can be one of the ways to achieve optimum health.

Promotes healthy heart. Eating just 1.5 ounces of hazelnuts a day will reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. That’s because this nut contains polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats (the good fats, in simple terms), oleic acid, vitamin E, copper and magnesium, which protects the heart from free radical damage, lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and reduces blood pressure. It even helps to raise the levels of HDL (good cholesterol) in the body.

Organic hazelnuts for bone formation. Two vital minerals that are needed to absorb iron and form bones are copper and manganese. Fortunately, hazelnuts are more than capable of helping us to achieve that. One serving of hazelnuts can supply over 90% of the daily recommended intake for manganese and 65% for copper.

Offers healthy digestive system. In its raw form, this globe-shaped nut provides 2.7 grams of dietary fibre per ounce. This has a laxative effect, so if you’re constipated, try adding hazelnuts to your diet. A healthy adult on a 2,000-calorie diet is recommended to have at least 28 grams of dietary fibre per day. Now, if you’re going to get the fibre from hazelnuts, all you need to eat is an ounce and you’re good.

Wouldn’t you like to be protected from diseases, too? Just an ounce of hazelnuts should help you do that.

🗹 Our Turkey hazelnuts are of the highest quality

How can you tell if hazelnuts are of high quality? The shells are hard, smooth and evenly brown. Some even go as far as picking and packing hazelnut in uniform sizes. Our hazelnuts are like that. They are also sealed tightly to ensure that all of the freshness stays locked inside.

🗹 Our hazelnuts have superior taste

Sweet and mellow—that’s how we would describe the taste of our organic hazelnuts. We use no flavourings on them, as they naturally taste great. Chop and add them to muesli, crumble toppings, cakes, or in sweet and even savoury dishes. Finely ground, you can even use it as a flour in so many baked goods and sauces.
